It's been so long since I had the time to enjoy a nice, relaxing breakfast. Together with my family or buddies.
I would want so much to walk to the market, sit down, order some food and sip kopi, watch the busy crowd, buy some groceries, and return home while the sun is shining brightly at us =)
Perhaps I can make it happen this week? =)

Genting Highlands.. oh so fun!
RSGT OVERSEAS TRIP - finally realised! =D=D=D
We embarked our journey from Golden Mile at 10.30pm. Grassland coach took us smoothly through the customs and onto the N-S highway... it was so comfortable that when I groggily opened my eyes, our coach was at the entrance of First World Hotel already! haha! I totally missed the ascending part!
We checked into our hotel rooms at 6 plus, and had breakfast at Marry Brown, haha! Then our loooooooong day started - we split into 2 groups; 1 was the theme park group (wooo fun!) while the other watched movie (Predators - they said the movie sucks big time) and jalan jalan. At night we met for dinner at some zi char restaurant, then we continued to theme park. About midnight time we had supper at KFC and proceeded to win some moolah at the casino, whee!!!
Our favourite altogether-ride of the day - SPINNER!!! SUPER FUN!!!!
Despite the horror creepy legends of First World Hotel, all of us were very contented with our rooms! They were comfortably spacious, the shower was power, and most impt - location was excellent! Just next to casino, theme park and shopping centre. At anytime of the day we just went back to use the toilet, shower abit, nap abit... haha so fun!
The day seemed super enjoyably long cos we were active all the way from 5am till late next morning 2am!!! Haha. After which we finally rested in our respective rooms, and I fell asleep after halftime of the 3rd-4th placing match between Germany and Uruguay...
The next morning we gathered for breakfast and soon it was time for us to leave fun, fun Genting =( All of us felt so relunctant to leave, ahha... but the coach ride home was quite enjoyable - we watched Tom Yum Goong while munching on crispy popcorn! After that I emo-ed, listened to music while gazing at the sunny blue sky and greenery zoom past. We reached back at Golden Mile at about 9pm.
The next day was a Monday and we simply missed having one another's company and the fun? Haha. A couple of us even experienced gambling withdrawal symptoms! LOL.
It was fun. Not only the company, but also some scenes reminded me of the last time I was there? Some more than 10 years ago. Like the spaceship in the theme park, the gigantic mushroom statue, the train, Corkscrew...
The weather was quite nice too, cooling. =)
So glad this long-discussed overseas trip was fulfilled. Kinda like super spontaneous decision, everyone ok ok, then a few of them went to buy tickets, and tada! off we were on the Grassland coach. Haha. We cracked damn funny jokes and encountered super hilarious moments that will remain in our memories for quite some time. I'm glad I met this bunch of peeps at work. =)

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!
USA should be 28 years already!
3 years ago, in Richmond, VA. We took an off day and spent a fantastic day in dear o' rich Richmond. Visited a nice train station, the Holocaust museum, ate the bestest Pizza (Bottoms Up!) in Richmond, walked along the beautiful streets of (i forgot that old street name, argh) then came to (forgot the name of the park =(), where we spent the next few hours just lying on the grass, listening to the live band music, eating caramelized apple, and ending the night watching a wholesome 1/2 hour of fireworks accompanied by choreographed music.
Note: I really had a sharper face back then huh? hahahahahahahaha.

Tomorrow is 6th July 2010. It marks my 1st year anniversary of formally entering working life.
One year ago, 17 of us met. Unfamiliar faces, enthusiastic hearts, bright smiles.
One year later... hmm. Still a MT, half a year more to go. I should soon sit down and do some reflections on what I have gained/learnt over the past 365 days.
