Tips on delivering effective training:

Recap -> Recall -> Reflect -> Retain

Areas of improvement for delivering an effective training:
- Too soothing voice
- Do not fidget with watch!
- Include more ground participation and spaced in between "presenter talking slides"
- Deliberate eye contact; not into voids
