Steamed minced pork with egg 猪肉碎蒸鸡蛋

For keeps.


猪肉

- 300g minced meat
- 3 eggs + 1 salted egg
- 2 tbsp water
- Salt, light soya sauce, pinch of pepper

Steam for 20 mins or till cooked through.
