I still can't quite believe the word just blurted out from my mouth, even though it has been one and a half years since I last spoke of it. The word came out so naturally it was almost like reflex.

Coming to 1.5 months and I think I am doing ok in my new post so far.

It just feels kinda strange (and disrespectful, even) that I am questioning and instructing my subordinates who are old enough to be my father. I even 'tsk' at them and show them an irritated, frustrated grimace. I also slightly raise my tone, sometimes my hands perched on my waist.

I gotta do it for work purposes but everytime when I walk away, I feel kinda guilty. So I constantly remind myself to try to be polite and as respectful as I can. =)

I may be their superior but it is not easy to recognise that I actually rely on them more than they need me.

I guess this is one of the most useful tools I learnt during my intern at Kepp. =)

Everything is going against me lately.

1) Realised I have differing views with a fren regarding a bottle of wine and we didn't quarrel or had a heated discussion but I'm sure she has now formed a non-mouldable negative impression of me

2) My favourite colleague is shifting to another office :(:(:(

3) Sagna is out for 3 months.

4) Have got this out-of-the-place looking bar added to my Explorer without my knowing and it's irritating the shit outta me.

5) KTV tomorrow got cancelled.
