Always be curious and inquisitive. Create surprises.
Example
– sending a new year greeting.
Be proactive, create chances for yourself. How do you
distinguish yourself from the others? The CEO does not go out and spot talents.
Example – volunteer to head projects; speak up during meetings.
All companies only have 1 problem – to improve top line and
reduce bottom line.
